You got yourself to number one once. Then you stopped, and the web did not.
Prepared for Steve at Impact Martial Arts. Austin, TX.
Here is the whole plan. The rest of this page is the proof.
A plan for one thing: rebuilding austinkickboxing.com so the phone rings again, and what that costs.
What you asked for
- Get the phone ringing again. That was your answer for 90 days.
- Get back to the top instead of fourth.
- A website that does not lose next to the schools around you.
- Stop losing the trial requests that come in through the site.
- Something you can show your wife before you decide anything.
What we recommend
Build the site your school actually needs instead of carrying the one you have across. One front door, not three. One class schedule, not five. One page to book a free trial, and it is the call to action on every page. Every class you teach gets its own address on one consistent structure, so kids karate, teens, kickboxing, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, MMA and birthday parties each have a page that can be found instead of three of them sharing one. Austin gets its area page and the shape for the neighbourhoods to slot into. Tracking that works goes on from day one, so for the first time since 2023 you can see what is producing calls.
After it is live, the lane we would put you on is Get found at $997 a month. That starts when the site does, and it is not part of what you are approving today.
Everything under this is the working. What you said, what we found, every page and what happens to it, and the money line by line.
We read every page on your site. All 49 of them.
Counted off your own sitemap, page by page.
Nine things we found. You can click every one.
| What we found | See it |
|---|---|
| Your website has not reported a single visitor since July 2023 The only tracking tag on your site is a Universal Analytics tag. Google shut that product down on 1 July 2023 and it has recorded nothing since. There is no replacement anywhere on the site, which is why looking at your statistics stopped telling you anything. | |
| The page that takes your trial bookings is called duplicate-page-test That is the address a website builder gives a page when somebody copies one and never renames it. It is live, and its tab says Choose a Free Trial Class TIme, with the capital I in the wrong place. | /duplicate-page-test |
| Your Muay Thai page is a confirmation page Somebody searching for Muay Thai in Austin lands on a page whose title reads Free Trial Class Confirmed. That is the line Google prints as your headline. Your own top menu links to it. | /muay-thai-kickboxing |
| You have three homepages Your front page, a second full homepage at /new-home, and a third at an address with a comma in it. That third one is the most recently edited page on your entire site. | /new-home |
| Five class schedule pages are live, and your menu links to two of them Three of them carry the exact same title. A parent looking for class times can land on any of the five, and there is no way to know which one you keep current. | /class-schedule-new |
| Your free trial page is titled You'll like this! It is the page where a parent decides to book. That title is what Google prints in the results and what shows in the browser tab, and it does not say free trial, martial arts, kids, or Austin. | /free-trial-class |
| Google is printing Best of 2025 as your headline Your homepage title still says it, ten days into August 2026. A parent comparing you to the school down the road reads that as a business that stopped paying attention. | |
| You have two blogs, both stopped in 2019, and the old one points at three dead pages One at /blog with three posts, another at /old-blog. The newest post on either is January 2019. Three of the links on the old one go nowhere. | /old-blog |
| A Corona Virus update is still on your site, and so is a clothing boutique page The COVID page has been live since 2022. The other one sits at an address that says gypsy-at-heart-boutique and the page on it explains how to wear your belt and gi. Neither belongs to a school teaching classes today. | /corona-virus-update |
Every one of these is on your site right now. The links open it.
What you told me on the phone, turned into a plan.
| What you said | What we are doing about it |
|---|---|
| "the phone ringing again" | That is the only thing this plan is judged on. Every page gets your number at the top, a click to call on a phone, and one clear way to book a trial. Right now a parent has to work out which of your five schedule pages is the real one before they can do anything. |
| "I've dropped down to, like, number four" | You are competing against yourself for most of your own terms. Three front doors, five schedule pages, four ways to book the same trial, two blogs, and two pages fighting over the word karate. Google splits whatever each one has earned. The new site has one of each, every old address forwards to the page that replaced it, and nothing you have earned gets dropped on the floor. |
| "our website kinda sucks" | You pick from two designs, both built on your real pages and your real photos, before a word of the rest is written. You said the pictures are messed up right there on the homepage. That is the first thing you will see fixed. |
| "that's where a lot of my leads have been going" | One booking path, not four. Every trial request lands in one place, goes to an inbox you actually read, and sends the parent a confirmation so they know it worked. You get a text when one comes in. |
| "I used to look at statistics and figure stuff out" | You cannot, and it is not your fault. The only tracking tag on your site is the old Universal Analytics one, and Google shut that down in July 2023. We install tracking that works, put call tracking on your number, and give you one screen that says which page produced which call. |
| "they seem to be taking our business" | Every class you teach gets its own address, written to be found: kids karate, teens, kickboxing and self defence, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, MMA and birthday parties. Today three of those share one address, and your Muay Thai address serves a booking confirmation page. All of them move onto one consistent structure so a parent searching for any one class lands on a page about that class. |
| "Just get me back on track" | You do three things: an hour on a kickoff call, pick one of two designs, and read the words once. We do the rest. You said you have another business taking your time, so this is built to not need you. |
Your words, not ours. We wrote them down as you said them.
None of this sent you a bill. It just got quiet.
These are estimates and they are labelled as estimates. We will not put a number in front of you that we cannot show the working for.
One price. The whole site. And it is yours.
2 rounds of changes are included, and anything past that is $100 an hour, quoted before we touch it.
This price holds until 2026-09-10.
The site you should have, and every old address accounted for.

Nothing is unaccounted for. If it is not on this list, we are not building it.
Where the money goes. All of it.
Every hour we bill is on this page. There is no line called miscellaneous.
You keep everything Google already trusts.
Two designs to choose from, built on your real pages before a word of the rest is written. 2 rounds of changes after you pick.
You own the site, the pages, the words and the photos. It sits on your account with your domain in your name, and that is true from the first day, not after some period. You said you built the old one yourself, so you already know what it is worth to have the keys.
We build with AI, and that is why this costs what it costs and moves as fast as it does. The same tools stay with you afterwards, so changing class times or adding a camp is something you or your wife can do in an afternoon without paying anybody.
Nothing you have earned gets left behind.
Your current site stays up the whole time. The new one is built beside it and we only point your domain at it once you have seen it and said go.
30 pages come off the site. Their addresses do not go dark. Each one forwards to the page that replaces it, so anybody who saved a link, and Google, still land somewhere real.

Every address you have today lands somewhere. None of them are left to 404.
Do any of my competitors use you?
Not in martial arts in Austin. You asked it on the call and the answer has not changed since. It is worth knowing that this is the kind of head start that only exists until somebody else takes it, and the schools around you are already ahead of you on the website itself.
You asked this on the call.
Is posting important too?
Yes, and it is the cheapest thing on this whole list. Posting is one of the ways Google decides a business is still open and still active. You told me you do not post. That is a profile doing well on reviews and nothing else, and it is the single easiest gap here to close.
You asked this on the call.
Four pages and the neighbourhoods are deliberately left for later.
Every class you teach today gets its own address in this build. What is not here is jiu jitsu and a standalone adults page, neither of which exists on your site now, self defence as its own page rather than sitting with kickboxing, and summer camp, which goes quiet because summer is ending and gets rebuilt before you enrol for next year. Austin is the only area page, and the neighbourhoods around Menchaca Road come after it. All of those go after individual searches, and each one wants its own research and its own words, so they are worth building steadily rather than all at once. That is what the monthly does, a few every month, on the structure this build puts in. Your old articles are not coming across either. Nine of them split over two blogs, newest from January 2019, plus four pages of student curriculum written for people who already train with you. Every one of those addresses forwards so nothing goes dark.
Four to six weeks. You approve every step.
| When | What happens | You |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Kickoff call. We collect access and get photos of your actual classes, your mats and your instructors | One hour on the phone |
| Week 2 | Two design directions, built on your real pages, not a template preview | You pick one, and you can show your wife before you do |
| Weeks 3 to 4 | Every page written and built. The class pages first, then the booking path | You read the words once |
| Weeks 5 to 6 | Old addresses forwarded, tracking and call tracking wired, then live on your own account | You say go |
What it costs to keep going. You are not buying it today.
You are approving a website. This is here so you can see what the month after looks like before you start, instead of finding out once you are already in it.
- Your Google profile posted to every week, which you told me you do not do today
- Reviews asked for and every one answered
- One new page or article a month, written and published for you
- Your tracking watched, so somebody is reading it even when you are not
- Four new pages or articles a month, written and published for you
- The rest of the class pages built out: jiu jitsu, adults, self defence on its own, and summer camp back before you enrol for next year
- A page for each area you draw from: South Austin, Manchaca, Sunset Valley, Circle C, Shady Hollow, Onion Creek, Oak Hill, Buda and Kyle
- The AI visibility work pushed hard, so Siri and ChatGPT name your school
- Reviews chased every month, so new ones keep landing
- Eight new pages or articles a month
- Every class page and every neighbourhood built out in half the time
- Everything in the lane below it, at full volume
If you want to go after this market properly, Get found at $997 a month is the one we would put you on. The lane below it keeps the site current. The lane above it is for going after every town at once.
On every lane, done for you
You do not log in, you do not write anything, and you do not post anything. That is what done for you means here, and it is the same on all three.
- Your Google Business Profile managed every month. Posts, photos, questions and reviews
- Every new page and article written and published for you
- Call tracking on your number, so a call is attached to the page that produced it
- A monthly report you can read in three minutes
- Full access to the live dashboard, any time you want to look
- A customer success manager who knows your school by name
- An onboarding specialist for the first thirty days
Every call and every trial request is tracked back to the page that produced it. You told me you used to look at the statistics and figure things out. This is that, except somebody keeps it working.
- Call tracking on your number. Recorded, and attributed to the page it came from
- A live dashboard you open whenever you want. Not a PDF once a month
- Which class pages are producing trials, in real time
- We tie into your CRM, so once your team marks a trial joined or not, the dashboard shows you revenue by channel, to the dollar
That last one needs two things from you: your system connected, and somebody marking trials joined or not. We set it up and we show them how. Without that we can show you calls and trial requests, but not dollars, and we would rather say so now than show you a number nobody stands behind.
Hosting is $49 a month on your own account, and your domain stays in your name where it belongs.
Month to month, and you can stop any time. 14 days notice and it ends. No year to sign and no penalty for leaving. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to it.
You own all of it. Leaving is easy.
Leave any time, fourteen days notice. We hand you the full site files and a one page moving guide, and your domain never leaves your account. Nothing goes dark because you stopped paying us.
- Every page we promised is published and you can open it
- One class schedule, one booking path, and every old address forwarding to the page that replaced it
- Trial requests arrive somewhere you read, and the parent gets a confirmation
- Calls and form fills are tracked, so you can see which page produced them for the first time since 2023
- You have a monthly report you can read in three minutes
We will not promise you a number of calls by a date. On a site this new that is a guess, and you have probably been sold one before.
Ready when you are.
What happens when you say yes
- You pay the deposit on this page.
- We send you an onboarding call invite the same day. One hour, where we collect access and get photos of your actual classes.
- Week two you are looking at two designs, and you can show your wife before you pick one.
Pay the deposit, $2,000, and we start
Card or bank transfer, through Stripe. Paying accepts the plan and the price on this page. A countersigned copy is available if you want one.
Your card is kept on file for the second half, which is charged the day the site goes live, and for anything you agree to after that. Nothing else is ever charged without you saying so first, and you can take the card off at any time.
Nothing happens and nothing is owed. The nine findings above are yours to keep, and you can hand them to anybody, including whoever built the site you have.
